1. Acceptance

By using magicfruitworld.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The game

Magic Fruit World is free to download and free to play on the platforms listed on this site. Every level and world can be played without paying. Optional in-app purchases exist for collection and convenience.

3. Virtual items and currency

In-game currency (Zelcar Gems) and virtual items have no real-world value, are not transferable outside the game and can only be used inside Magic Fruit World. Purchases are processed by the store of your platform (App Store, Google Play, Steam or Epic Games Store).

4. Random rewards

Magic Fruits contain random rewards. The full probability table of every fruit is published inside the game, together with visible guarantee counters. Because of local regulations on paid random rewards, the game is not offered in Belgium or the Netherlands.

5. Subscription

The optional subscription renews automatically through your platform's store and can be cancelled there at any time. Items you earned for free or bought with money remain yours; subscriber-exclusive items pause while the subscription is inactive and return when you resubscribe.

6. Refunds

Purchases follow the refund policy of the store where you made them (Apple, Google, Valve or Epic).

7. Intellectual property

Magic Fruit World, its logo, heroes, fruits, worlds and artwork are trademarks of Zelcar Games LLC. You may share screenshots and videos of the game and this site for non-commercial and editorial purposes — content creators are welcome.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. Be kind — that's the spirit of Fruit World.

9. Disclaimer

The site and game information are provided "as is". Features, dates and prices may change during development; we will always announce important changes.
